I have supported women as a coach/mentor/guide since 2013. Starting in 2023, however, I’ve started calling myself an activist - and a radical one.

I’ve come to understand that to create the life (and the world) we want, we must be willing to make radical change.

This is going to require getting uncomfortable, making hard decisions and having difficult conversations.

It won’t always be pretty but the life waiting for you on the other side for you can be breathtakingly beautiful.

So, I’ll ask you the starting question I ask of all my clients:

“What are you prepared to do?”
